Manufacturing Infrastructure
Our manufacturing base covers 50,000 m² and runs 10+ production lines. Since 2008, the facility has been continuously expanded to include raw material processing, extrusion, lamination, embossing, cutting, and packaging — all under one roof. This integrated setup gives us full control over quality at every stage, from incoming material to packed pallets.

Our Factory & Facilities Overview
Our 50,000 m² manufacturing base brings every stage of production under one roof — from raw material storage and compounding to extrusion, lamination, embossing, profiling, and packaging. The facility includes dedicated workshops for each production stage, a packing line, an aging warehouse for post-production conditioning, and a finished goods warehouse ready for export. A separate laboratory supports batch testing and quality verification, while our on-site showroom displays the full MGT® Flooring range for visiting partners. The layout is designed for efficient material flow and consistent quality control. Raw materials enter at one end, and finished, packed pallets leave at the other — with inspection at every stage in between.
