SPC Flooring — MGT® Flooring

Stone Polymer Composite — Rigid Core Durability

SPC Flooring

SPC (Stone Polymer Composite) flooring is built on a rigid core made from limestone, PVC resin, and stabilizers, with a printed decor film and a protective wear layer. The core accounts for most of the plank's thickness and gives SPC its characteristic stiffness — unlike flexible LVT, SPC does not require full adhesion to the subfloor and can bridge minor surface imperfections. The combination of a mineral core and a UV-cured wear layer gives SPC three practical advantages: dimensional stability under temperature changes, 100% waterproof performance, and resistance to indentation from furniture and foot traffic. Because the core is inorganic, SPC does not swell, warp, or delaminate when exposed to water — making it suitable for kitchens, bathrooms, and basements where other flooring types may fail. MGT® SPC flooring is available in a wide range of wood and stone visuals, with surface textures ranging from smooth to embossed-in-register (EIR) for a more realistic grain feel. Wear layer options range from 0.15 mm for light residential use to 0.7 mm for heavy commercial applications, allowing the same product family to serve different market segments. Installation uses a click-lock system, so no adhesive is required. The planks can be installed over most existing hard floors, as long as the surface is flat and sound, and the floor is compatible with underfloor heating systems. Maintenance is limited to regular sweeping and occasional damp mopping — no waxing, sealing, or special cleaning products are needed. Compared to LVT, SPC offers greater rigidity and better performance in areas with temperature variation, which makes it a more stable choice for large open spaces, sunrooms, and rooms with large windows. LVT, by contrast, is softer underfoot and easier to cut around complex shapes. Many distributors carry both formats: SPC for higher-traffic or moisture-prone areas, LVT for rooms where comfort and design flexibility matter more. Our SPC range is engineered to meet both scenarios, with rigid cores that keep joints tight over time and wear layers that hold up to daily use.

LVT Click Flooring — MGT® Flooring

Luxury Vinyl Tile — Easy Click Installation

LVT Click Flooring

LVT Click flooring is built on a flexible vinyl core with a printed decor film and a protective wear layer. Unlike rigid SPC, the flexible core allows the plank to conform slightly to minor subfloor variations, which makes LVT Click easier to install over existing hard surfaces without extensive preparation. The click-lock system connects the planks edge to edge without adhesive, so the floor can be installed, lifted, and reinstalled if needed. This makes LVT Click a practical choice for renovations, rental properties, and DIY installations where speed and flexibility matter. The locking joint also helps prevent water from seeping between planks, supporting the floor's 100% waterproof performance. MGT® LVT Click is available in a wide range of wood, stone, and abstract patterns, with surface textures ranging from smooth to embossed for a more natural feel. Wear layer options typically range from 0.1 mm for light residential use to 0.5 mm or higher for commercial applications, allowing the same product family to serve different market segments. Because the core is flexible, LVT Click is softer and warmer underfoot than SPC. It is suitable for kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, offices, and light commercial spaces, and is compatible with underfloor heating when installed according to the manufacturer's guidelines. Maintenance is limited to regular sweeping and occasional damp mopping — no waxing or sealing required.

LVT Dry Back (Glue Down) — MGT® Flooring

Commercial-Grade Glue-Down Vinyl

LVT Dry Back (Glue Down)

LVT Dry Back and glue-down vinyl refer to the same product — each plank is bonded directly to the subfloor with adhesive. Unlike click systems, there is no mechanical joint between planks, so the floor forms a continuous surface with no gaps or movement. This is the main reason dry back is preferred in commercial environments where a seamless finish matters. Installation takes longer than click flooring because the adhesive must be applied and the planks pressed into place, and the subfloor needs to be clean, flat, and dry before installation. However, once installed, the bond is permanent and highly stable. The floor does not shift, separate, or lift under normal use, even in areas with heavy foot traffic, rolling loads, or temperature variation. Because dry back planks are thinner than click planks and do not require a locking profile, material cost is lower and more square meters fit into each container. This makes dry back a more economical choice for large commercial and residential projects — hotels, offices, retail spaces, and multi-unit residential developments — where cost per square meter and installation efficiency are key considerations. MGT® LVT Dry Back is available in a wide range of wood, stone, and abstract patterns, with wear layer options typically ranging from 0.1 mm for light residential use to 0.5 mm or higher for commercial applications. It is compatible with underfloor heating and, once installed, requires only regular sweeping and occasional damp mopping — no waxing or sealing needed.

LVT Self Adhesive — MGT® Flooring

Peel & Stick — Fast DIY Installation

LVT Self Adhesive

MGT® LVT Self Adhesive is a peel-and-stick vinyl floor with a pre-applied adhesive backing. The adhesive is protected by a release film that is removed during installation, exposing a pressure-sensitive layer that bonds to the subfloor. No separate glue, no mixing, and no special tools are required — the plank is simply positioned and pressed into place. Because installation is so direct, self-adhesive flooring is faster than most other flooring systems. A single installer can cover a small room in a few hours without waiting for adhesive to cure. There is no downtime between installation and use, which makes this format practical for small-scale renovations, rental apartments, and projects with tight deadlines where the floor needs to be walkable immediately. The pre-applied adhesive is designed for interior use on clean, flat, dry surfaces. It works best on smooth subfloors, such as existing hard floors, plywood, or concrete that has fully cured. Performance depends on surface preparation — dust, moisture, or uneven areas can reduce adhesion — so proper subfloor preparation is recommended for best results. Available in a range of wood, stone, and abstract patterns, LVT Self Adhesive is suitable for residential and light commercial interiors. It is a practical choice for temporary or semi-permanent installations, and for spaces where the floor may need to be replaced or updated in the future without major disruption.

Loose Lay Flooring — MGT® Flooring

No Glue, No Click — Friction-Fit Technology

Loose Lay Flooring

MGT® Loose Lay flooring uses dense, flexible planks with a friction-grip backing that holds the floor in place — no adhesive and no click system required. The backing is made from a high-friction material that grips the subfloor through weight and surface contact, so the planks stay in position under normal foot traffic without any mechanical or chemical bond. Because there is no adhesive or locking joint, individual planks can be lifted and re-laid at any time. This makes Loose Lay easy to repair — a damaged plank can be replaced in minutes without touching the rest of the floor — and fully reusable, which is useful for exhibitions, pop-up spaces, and rental properties where the floor may need to be moved or removed later. Loose Lay installs over most existing hard floors, as long as the surface is smooth, sound, and dust-free. No underlay is required in most cases, and the dense backing adds a layer of acoustic insulation, making it noticeably quieter underfoot than click or laminate floors. The same backing also provides a small amount of thermal comfort, which is why Loose Lay is often used in rooms above garages or basements. Available in a range of wood, stone, and abstract patterns, Loose Lay is suitable for residential and light commercial interiors. It is a practical choice for spaces that change frequently, such as retail showrooms, offices with modular layouts, and short-term rental apartments, where flexibility and speed of installation matter more than a permanent bond.

Chevron Flooring — MGT® Flooring

V-Pattern Elegance — Modern & Timeless

Chevron Flooring

Chevron flooring uses a printed V-shaped pattern on standard SPC or LVT planks, creating the visual impression of angled planks meeting at a point. Unlike real wood chevron, no plank is actually cut at an angle — the pattern is applied to the surface during production, so the floor is installed in the same way as any standard SPC or LVT floor. This approach gives the look of a classic chevron layout without the higher cost, longer installation time, and material waste that come with genuine angled planks. It also means the floor can be installed with a standard click-lock system, without special cutting, mitre work, or pattern alignment on site. The V-shape is already built into the plank surface. Available in SPC and LVT constructions, in a wide range of wood-look visuals. SPC chevron uses a rigid mineral core, which makes it suitable for commercial spaces and areas with temperature variation. LVT chevron uses a flexible vinyl core, which is softer underfoot and easier to cut around complex room shapes, making it a good fit for residential renovations. Both versions install with a click-lock system for a glue-free fit, and the planks are the same rectangular format used in standard SPC and LVT. Because there is no angled cutting involved, installation is faster and simpler than true chevron flooring — no special tools, no pattern-matching on site, and no wasted material from angled offcuts. The V-pattern works best in larger rooms and open-plan spaces, where the directional layout can be used to define different areas or draw the eye toward a focal point. It suits modern and traditional interiors alike, and is a common choice for hotel rooms, residential developments, retail spaces, and offices where the look of chevron is wanted without the cost and complexity of real angled planks.

Herringbone Flooring — MGT® Flooring

Classic Zigzag Pattern — Timeless Appeal

Herringbone Flooring

Herringbone flooring is a classic parquet pattern in which rectangular planks are laid at 90 degrees to each other, forming a staggered zigzag design. Each plank is cut to a precise angle so the joints align cleanly and the pattern repeats consistently across the floor. The result is a layout that adds depth and movement to a room, without the maintenance requirements of traditional wood parquet. Unlike solid wood herringbone, this range is built on SPC or LVT constructions. SPC herringbone uses a rigid mineral core that resists indentation and stays dimensionally stable under temperature changes, making it suitable for commercial spaces and areas with large windows. LVT herringbone uses a flexible vinyl core that is softer underfoot and easier to cut around complex room shapes, which suits residential projects and renovations. Both versions use a click-lock system for glue-free installation. Because the planks are pre-cut at the correct angle, the pattern aligns without on-site cutting or angled mitre work, which reduces installation time and the risk of gaps. The locking joint also keeps the pattern tight over time, so the herringbone lines stay straight even after years of use. Wear layer options range from 0.1 mm for light residential use to 0.5 mm or higher for commercial applications. The surface is available in a wide range of wood-look visuals, from light oak and ash to dark walnut and smoked timber, with textures ranging from smooth to embossed. Herringbone is also available in stone-look and abstract patterns for projects that want the layout without the wood appearance. Vinyl herringbone is 100% waterproof, so it can be used in kitchens, bathrooms, and basements where traditional wood parquet would not be suitable. It is compatible with underfloor heating and requires only regular sweeping and occasional damp mopping — no waxing, sanding, or refinishing. The layout works best in larger rooms and open-plan spaces, where the directional pattern can define different zones or draw the eye toward a focal point. It is a common choice for hotel lobbies, premium residential developments, retail showrooms, and offices.
